A season of goodwill

If just a very small percentage of the 800 plus visitors to this site have taken the warnings about Robin Larkins and The Real World Rental Company's fraudulent activities, then I am glad to have done you a favour, and saved your money from their clutches. I am also pleased to have prevented Larkins getting an average of GBP1,000 per head in illegally obtained funds.

Thank you for your generous efforts and congratulations for job well done!

We will follow how things develop from our end.

Thank you, and I hope this helps. I will be updating again shortly, with developments.

I think Holiday-Rentals are having a good think about whether they wish to support fraudulent advertisers; so far they still have Larkins's listings. It must be a hard decision - ethics over money.

My experience with this company was also as terrible. I had to take the company to court to get the money back. I would recommend to everyone to do the same as the process is cheap and easy although a bit slow: http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/infoabout/claims/index.htm

After 8 months I finally got back my money but the court had to execute a warrant to get it back. By the looks posts I've seen today, it seems as though everyone is having the same issues. I hope people can realize there's other ways of dealing with it other than complaining - for as we all know, this has gotten us nowhere.

Thanks ssc. I agree - those affected need to take action. I'm in the Court process. It's frustrating, but I hope we're getting there. It seems you have to pursue it to the end. I presume you're not a UK resident?
